This wonderful piece by Nancy Meyers brings out the real meaning of work as a calling rather than it being a battle

This movie blends the old and the new Anne Hathaway who runs an online business linking up with the legendary Robert De Niro who joins her firm as an adult intern after beating a few other fellow pensioners to the job.
In one of the conversations Anne tells De Niro to relax in that he doesn’t have to be overdressed in a suit everyday to which De Niro responds how comfortable he feels putting on a suit everyday and how it helps him stand out. Anne makes it clear that one doesn’t need a suit to stand out which is a clear demonstration on the value attached to different things depending on generation.
